Abstract

|
Pure, nongestational ovarian choriocarcinomas is extremely rate. Most ovarian choriocarcinoma are combined with other malignant germ cell tumors or can arise as a metastasis from a primary gestational choriocarcinoma.
We experienced a case of primary ovarian choriocarcinoma that probably was associated with a past history of the mixture of germ cell tumor and present it with a review of literatureu.
